Description (partial)

when doing a SRG switchover, there is a delay from the switchover event until the new Master starts to send traffic or pppoe keepalives, during which the route to the vMAC on the switch in the middle, is still pointing to the old Master.
This delay can be few seconds if there is traffic from subscribers, or as long as the keepalive timer configured on the ASR9K.

SRG with pppoe sessions accessing from TenGig subinterfaces (so no mc-lag), and with the same vMAC on all the SRG of both ASR9Ks
