Description (partial)

Symptom:
We can get the following error after logging into the operator console "unable to update user preferences" Also we are not unable to make changes to the user in the web administration GUI. We get the following error: "Unable to make online changes because Channel Link is Down"

Conditions:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Arc Solutions\Call Connect\Installation is absent in registry.
