Description (partial)

Symptom:
Virtula IP's not removed on Primary Server after restart from Spilt-Brain Scenario

Conditions:
Scenario:
-------------
1. Perform HA b/w primary and secondary with both IPv4 and IPv6 Virtual IP with HA Automatic switchover.
2. both IPv4 and IPv6 virtual IP are sitting as below:
on eth0: IPv6 VIP is set
on eth0:0 , IPv4 VIP is set

3. Now perform split-brain, remove traffic between primary and secondary
4. primary remains in active mode and failover to secondary succeeds , both VIP's are set on secondary server.
5. Now re-establish network connection between primary and secondary,
6. primary server epnm restarts itself checking secondary as active as per process, primary moves 'Primary Synching'.

Result
-----
both IPv4 and IPv6 VIP's are not removed on primary server even after primary restart and 'primary synching' state.

Expected behaviour:
-------------------------
Once primary restarts itself and moves to 'primary Syncing mode , both VIP's have to be removed. this works as expected when you perform normal failover..
