Symptom: When user clicks "Preferences" in MS Word or MS Excel "Webex" option, a pop-up window opens and no settings are seen on screen. But "Apply" button is present for that. Conditions: MS Office version: Office 365 Cisco Webex Meetings for Windows: 126.96.36.199
