Description (partial)

This is the enhancement request to see the possibility of  a historical report or  CLI to show the agents skill mapping with its competence level for a given date. This is useful for the scenarios where agents lost the configuration and needed to  reconfigure it

Below one of the scenario where Agent configuration goes to default; 

-	End user in the CUCM got disabled in Active Directory. 

-	After the Directory Sync, CUCM End  User becomes Inactive LDAP Synchronized User and agent gets deleted from the CCX Resources.

-	After Enabling the User again in AD , the End user gets active in CUCM and gets recreated in CCX with default configurations.
