Oct 02, 2020
- Cisco ASR 5000 Series
- Cisco ASR 5500
Known Affected Releases
21.15.17 21.15.19 21.16.3 21.16.d0 21.17.8 21.18.0 21.20.0
Symptom: Session manager restarts with following stack trace during call recovery. Stack (131071@0x0xffb01000, probably truncated): [ffffe430/X] __kernel_vsyscall() sp=0xffb01318 [0d0577d5/X] sn_assert() sp=0xffb01358 [0600da38/X] sgwdrv_pdn_fsm_st_disconnecting_evt_delete_sess_ind() sp=0xffb013e8 [0605f113/X] sgwdrv_run_pdn_fsm() sp=0xffb01898 Last Bounce: Conditions: MME sends DBCmd and is forwarded towards PGW which PGW rejects. Then PGW initiates DBR on default bearer while DBCmdFI SX modification is pending in UP. This hangs the PDN session in SGW. Afterwards When DSR is received from MME, we get this issue.
