Description (partial)

Symptom:
Core file is corrupted in case of more than one process killed at the same hextime

Conditions:
When process killed core file transferred and stored with filename compiled by its card number, cpu number, and hextime to make it uniquely stored and identifiable with below format.
Format : cra5h-<cardno>-<cpuno>-<hextime>-core

Issue is when two or more process killed at the same hextime along with same card and cpu number, then the generated cores are written to same core filename causing corruption.
