Description (partial)

Symptom:
Steps to duplicate the issue:
1. siteadmin option "All meetings must have a password" is OFF;
2. User schedules a meeting without meeting password and invite attendee A
3. Siteadmin enable option "All meetings must have a password";
4. User edit the meeting scheduled in step 2, but does not manually add meeting password.

Expected result:
No meeting password added to the meeting.

Actually result:
A meeting password automatically added to the meeting, and in the meeting updated email which sent to attendee, there is not meeting password in the email.
