Symptom: In Direct-Preview Mode when agent is reserved , during reserved status customer phone number is not presented. From CTIsvr prospective the ANI details are provided to the finesse server. In Preview mode we see the customer phone details during the reservations leg. Conditions: Finesse when handling dialer reservation call in direct-preview mode.
