Description (partial)

Symptom:
GUI not accessible when /opt/data reaches 100% util. When user accesses the GUI, "internal server error" is seen

Conditions:
CSCvo44464 fixes above issue by alerting the user via vManage that the space is running out and eventually shuts the App server to ensure no other service is affected and the GUI remains accessible.

However there are certain scenarios when output of df -kh does not display correct disk space available under /opt/data  and hence fix for CSCvo44464 does not kick in in time to shut the App server
