Description (partial)

The workaround is not yet approved by BU. Once it does' we can externalize this bug.

During new HX deployment (or expand) operation, the ESXi host(s) fail to get added under the HX cluster in vCenter 6.7. 

Error seen in HX installer:
failed in Task: 'Add hosts to vCenter Cluster' with Error: 'Try adding hosts manually to vCenter and retry. failed to add the host to <cluster_name> with 3 attempts'.

and the related error in vCenter is: 
'A general system error occurred. Unable to push CA certificate and CRLs to host' .

Performing an HX Cluster Installation or Expansion or anything that requires a ESXi host to be added to vCenter.
