Fuji-16.7.1

Description (partial)

Symptom:
Customer DSG tunnels may be missing or randomly dropped packets. If you cable monitor capture off the linecard (DOCSIS) you will observe missing packets. If you simultaneously capture against cBR8 ingress ten-gig you will see no missing packets.

Conditions:
High burden of multicast replications, typically DSG tunnel traffic. For example if you have 32 primary channels on all 56 MAC-domains and 8 different DSG tunnels, you have a higher chance to tail dropping on the replication queue.

Use the following to check replication queues:

sh plat ha qfp act infra bqs qu out recycle all | i Name|drops
sh plat ha qfp act infra bqs qu out recycle id <que id>
