Description (partial)

Guest still working after enabling FIPS.  Old documentation indicates that this would still work, but 2.6 documentation indicates it is not supported:

Guest is not supported in FIPS mode. Enabling FIPS mode also automatically disables Password Authentication Protocol (PAP) and Challenge Handshake Authentication Protocol (CHAP) protocols, which the guest login function of Cisco ISE requires.

FIPS mode enabled
Guest CWA is still working even though documentation indicates it should not
