Description (partial)

As of 6.4.0, the behavior of snmpd for an FMC High Availability pair is as follows:
On the Active FMC, the snmpd status is "Running".
On the Standby FMC, the snmpd status is "User Disabled".

When SNMP is configured on HA enabled devices managed by FMC, SNMP Traps are sent by Primary device when it goes into HA STANDBY mode. When Secondary goes into HA ACTIVE mode, it's unable to send SNMP traps.
