Description (partial)

Symptom:
Whenever there is a TCP transport failure notification on a SIP Trunk with Registration enabled, CUBE will reset the DNS cache and trigger a fresh DNS lookup and registration to ensure CUBE is registered with the right registrar server.

If CUBE is used as a multi-tenant with multiple TCP/TLS connections and receives a TCP reset notification, it will cause a reset to the DNS cache for all connections including SIP Trunks that didn’t have any TCP/TLS failures, causing calls to fail as the DNS Cache is cleared and won’t get refreshed until a new registration takes place.

The following errors are observed in the CUBE:

059279: *Jan 16 03:17:30.773: //-1/xxxxxxxxxxxx/SIP/Transport/sipTransportPostRemoteClosure: Notifying SIP GW Register of TCP remote closure for addr=172.31.200.115, port=5060, local_addr=1.1.1.1, local_port=24972, connid=60

Conditions:
CUBE Multi-tenant
SIP TCP/TLS with DNS Configuration towards the registrar server.
TCP connection failures will trigger the issue.
