Description (partial)

CUCM Third-Party CA-Signed LSCs Generation require at certain stage to generate LSC CSR from phone

While generating this CSR status remains Operation Pending and consequently no CSR is available under 'utils capf csr count'

Error Message noticed in phone log:
SECUREAPP-CAPF Clnt:in end-session handler
SECUREAPP-CAPF Clnt:end session reason 0x9
SECUREAPP-CAPF Clnt:Internal error status 10 (FAILED)

Error Message noticed in CAPF service log:
SEP<MAC_ADDRESS>:capfReleaseSession: cause: 9
