Description (partial)

Symptom:
When performing a hard reset while a soft reset is already ongoing, the node will not perform a hard reset. Instead it will do a soft reset.
The CLI "show reset-history 1" will show "Type: softReset" but it will show "Type: hardReset" on the EventDesc.
