Description (partial)

Symptom:
SNAT stops working for OpenStack instances if the instance is configured with multiple IP addresses on the same subnet and one of them is associated with a floating IP (FIP) address. As soon as a FIP is associated, NATting for the IP address associated with the FIP works, but all other SNAT functionality for the instance stops.

Conditions:
- OSPD installed with ACI unified plugig.
- Instance configured with multiple ip addresses. 
- A floating ip address is associated with one of the instances ip addresses.
