Description (partial)

Symptom:
If DHCP client (normally a PC)'s name contains at least 1 Cyrillic symbol - RV 32x does not send DHCP ACK and thus the client is not getting IP. DHCP option 12.
Latin names for PC get IPs with no issues.

Conditions:
If DHCP client (normally a PC)'s name contains at least 1 Cyrillic symbol - RV 32x does not send DHCP ACK and thus the client is not getting IP.
English/Latin names for PC get IPs with no issues.
