Symptom: Immediately after a Cisco APIC cluster upgrade, all EPG SCVMM networks are marked for deletion. Networks not attached to virtual machines are deleted. Networks that are attached to virtual machines fail to get deleted, as they are being used and the following fault gets raised on the Cisco APIC cluster for each network: F1471EPG deployment failed due to Powershell call failed. Error Message: Cannot Delete VmNetwork Conditions: (1) The SCVMM Cisco ACI agent is points to a single Cisco APIC. (a) Get-ApicConnInfo via the ACI SCVMM PowerShell cmdlet returns only 1 Cisco APIC at address (2) Perform a Cisco APIC cluster upgrade. (3) During the Cisco APIC cluster upgrade, Cisco ACI SCVMM queries the 1 Cisco APIC for a list of vmmEpPD, and an empty list is returned because the cluster has not converged.
