Symptom:
Deployment failure after auto nat rule is deleted

Conditions:
delete ip address from interface, delete policy assignment and then delete auto nat rule (SZ or IG) and deploy
deployemnt failure occurs as there are 2 negate commands pushed. Applies to IPv6 and IPv4.
Auto nat rule source network object used only in the current auto nat policy
