Symptom: DNAC Mystique UI Device Image status - Error Service Error Request to backend service timing out No operational impacted Conditions: under DNAC UI -> Provision -> Inventory -> Actions -> software image -> Image update status -> Expanding by clicking the down arrow for detail status of any device -> keep loading and Error Popups "Service Error - The request to the backend service is timing out. Please refer to the backend service's logs for more details.".
