Description (partial)

Symptom:
Associating a service BD name containing "C-" to a logical interface context in L4-L7/Device selection policies/consumer or provider fails with the following error message:

"BD name can't have substring "C-". Please choose a different BD name"

Conditions:
When the service BD contains "C-" in the name. For example, DC-TEST. Please note lower case c- works fine.
