Cisco Bug: CSCvs68020 - Data Hole in Interval Table when the corresponding logger is down for multiple intervals.

Symptom: Data Hole is observed in certain interval tables on AW-HDS, when the logger is taken down ( for patching) and brought up in approx. 2 to 3 hours after patching. We have observed this issue for Skill_Group_Interval table so far. Recovery happens fine on Logger and both the loggers are in sync. Conditions: Router/Logger is taken down for a period of 2-3 hours, for a server maintenance activity. Eg Microsoft patching.
