Description (partial)

Symptom:
Wrap up timer in Finesse window is slow and does not count to the configured wrap up time in the actual time. For example, if wrap up is set to 100 seconds, the agent viewing the wrap up counter will go to their next ready/not ready state before the counter has reached 0. In reality, the configured seconds has passed, but this results in agents thinking they have more time for wrap-up work than they do.

Conditions:
The inaccuracy increases with number or queues and/or number of calls waiting in the queue.
