Known Affected Releases
Symptom: No Wrap Up options are displayed for Call Leg with Customer in case of consult transfer. Conditions: Agent A gets a call from the queue. Agent A answers the call. Agent A presses consult and dials the number for Agent B Agent B answers the call. The customer disconnects the Call. No option to select wrap up.
