Description (partial)

Whenever Jabber Windows is running HP USB-C/Thunderbolt docking stations have issues reconnecting to Windows PCs. If  the user plugs in the USB-C connection to the docking station, device manager shows "Unknown USB Device (Port Reset failed)" and NONE of the USB or ethernet connections on the dock are able to function.

Jabber Windows application is running and the user connects USB-C to the docking station.
