Symptom: Whenever Jabber Windows is running HP USB-C/Thunderbolt docking stations have issues reconnecting to Windows PCs. If the user plugs in the USB-C connection to the docking station, device manager shows "Unknown USB Device (Port Reset failed)" and NONE of the USB or ethernet connections on the dock are able to function. Conditions: Jabber Windows application is running and the user connects USB-C to the docking station.
