Description (partial)

Symptom:
Using Cisco DNA Center version 1.3.1.4 or an earlier version, with a large number of segments configured, a mismatch can be observed in the L2 Handoff configuration of a Border device. The number reported in the L2 Handoff table for a specific Virtual Network does not match the number of entries in the "IP Pools to VLAN" mapping table when examining the Virtual Network.

Conditions:
This issue can be observed when using a very large number of segments/IP pools (greater than 500 segments total).
