Description (partial)

Symptom:
OPC restarted unexpectedly

Conditions:
Login an Agent1 and Agent2, both Not Ready
2. Make Agent1 ready and receive a customer call
3. Do a consult from Agent1 to Route point number(no agents are Ready at this moment)
4. Complete conference from Agent1
5. Now make Agent2 Ready and accept the call
6. End the call from customer and then Agent1
7. Keep Agent1 as Ready and Agent2 Not Ready
8. Receive a customer call again for Agent1
9. Do a consult call from Agent1 to Agent2's extension
