Description (partial)

Sessmgr reload is seen on Cisco PGW.

Following is the tentative scenario leading to the sessmgr reload. Will add more details once complete RCA is known

1. PGW anchored session with dedicated bearer is setup
2. On dedicated bearer multiple deletions are initiated and collision occurs. One deletion is because of Gy initiated delete and another because of bearer inactivity timer
3. Delete bearer response is not
4. After this the whole session is going down because of hanging Delete procedure
5. Now for all dedicated bearer we try to abort any ongoing procedures
5. At this time the dedicated bearer's data structure for the delete procedure is already deallocated even though the state is delete bearer pending leading to the crash
