Description (partial)

Symptom:
Nexus9k fails to send ICMPv6 Packet Too Big (type 2) messages back to the source when the packet is larger than the egress interface MTU

Conditions:
IPv6 traffic that is larger than the egress interface MTU and arrives with VxLAN header
