Cisco Bug: CSCvs61764 - ViewMail Stability Issues With 12.5.2 impacting the outlook performance and crash (64 bit)

Description (partial)

Symptom:
Customer as of now with 64 bit Deployement has reported below issues ,
1- Outlook has popup of crash sometimes when the outlook is opened which proceeds after clicking OK
2- Outlook slugisshness high when creating mail or reply/forward scenario
3- Series of exception in logs increases the risk of high mmemeory leak leading to high outlook memeory
4- Lock and Unlock sceanrio causes outlook memeory to go high**

** Last scenario still needs more investigation

Conditions:
Viewmail Installed with below configuration,
- Outlook for Office365 Client installed on the workstation (comes via Office Pro)
- Outlook mail profile connected to user on Office365 cloud as the exchange
- Outlook installed is 64 bit [by default outlook for office365 is 64 bit depluement]
