Symptom:
Table 1 (Cisco Unified Communications Manager CSR Key Usage Extensions) in the Certificates Overview chapter of the Security Guide for Cisco Unified Communications Manager 12.5(1) (and 12.5(1) SU1) contains the following errors related to the CAPF and ipsec certificates/CSRs:

1.  Row #2: CAPF certificate Key Usage - Key Encipherment value is actually included in the CSR, but is not indicated in this table. 
2.  Row #3: ECDSA certificate is incorrect, there is no generic ECDSA certificate on the system.   
3.  The system ipsec certificate is not listed in the table, but should be with the following values (comma delimited):
ipsec, N, Y, Y, Y, Y, Y, Y,
