Symptom:
HostScan 4.8.01064 and/or 4.8.01090 report Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) activescan="failed"

Symantec Endpoint Protection versions reported to date:
- SEP version: 14.2.3332.1000
- SEP version: 14.2.4814.1101

Note:  The activescan="failed" status being reported may not be limited the above mentioned SEP versions.  There may be additional (newer or older) SEP versions that report the same inaccurate status for 'activescan'
