Description (partial)

Symptom:
Restore a backup from different scale deployment overwrite the system profile ID

Conditions:
Restore a backup taking from Medium scale VM on Large scale VM, change deployment scale size to Medium after restore completed.

1. Taking configuration backup from medium scale deployment which contain Profile 1.
2. Install new VM as large scale deployment (fresh VM installation), which is Profile 2.
