Description (partial)

unexpected bundles went down, when shutting down multiple bundles

Symptom:
Interface range string grows beyond 64 bytes range of interfaces which fall beyond 64 byte string length gets omitted silently.

Conditions:
In below example interface 13,25,45,46,47,48,52,60,460,467,470,502 will get shutdown config where as interfaces in range '546,600,601,620,630,9000-9999' will not get shutdown config.
Example:
RP/0/RSP0/CPU0:asr-sat-host1(config)#interface be 13,25,45,46,47,48,52,60,460,467,470,502,546,600,601,620,630,9000-9999 shutdown

following interfaces '546,600,601,620,630,9000-9999' will not get shutdown config.
