Symptom:
No Agent ID being traced in the Avaya TAESPIM logs to track Agent state transitions, in addition to a negative InvokeID similar to the below:-

02:40:18:343 PG10A-pim1 Trace: InvokeCSTAThirdPartyRequest: CSTA request type [49] with InvokeID [-268435451] failed.

Conditions:
While debugging agent state transitions using PIM logs for an Avaya PG connecting to ACD using TSAPI interface
