Symptom:
This is an Enhancement Request!

EIGRP RFC 7868 specifies that neighbor authentication may use MD5 or SHA.

Cisco IOS and IOS-XE software support both EIGRP authentication types (MD5 and SHA), however ASA software (and FTD software) only supports MD5 authentication.

This is an Enhancement Request to include  SHA authentication type in EIGRP implementation of ASA software (and FTD).
