Description (partial)

Symptom:
Intermittently, after a change to the access number in CCA Portal, CCA-SP calls to WebEx can fail at the IVR with error "We're sorry, you have dialed a call-in number which is not supported for this meeting. Please try a different call-in number."

Conditions:
WebEx site with CCA-SP audio and a change to access number in CCA Portal
