Description (partial)

Symptom:
Two problems in the output of  'show congestion-isolation global-list>/b>

Problem 1: The rightmost digit of the FCID is not displayed.

Problem 2: The "SWITCHNAME(IP-ADDRESS)" can display invalid characters and information.
