Description (partial)

Symptom:
If the default gateway of a primary wireless LAN controller is not reachable, then the primary will not automatically failover to the secondary.

Conditions:
This was observed in Catalyst 9800 wireless LAN controllers configured in High Availability Stateful Switchover, and the default gateway is not pingable.
