Description (partial)

If syncing contacts from CUCM and CSV, there is the potential for duplicate contacts. This should be warned of in the product documentation. 

The documentation likewise fails to indicate how one goes about purging the console client of the CUCM or CSV sync source contacts. 

Both of the above items, can lend great confusion with regards to contact management within the console client. 

ASK - 

Provide warnings in the product documentation about potential for duplicate contact entries
Provide instruction for removing CUCM and/or CSV contacts to the product documentation.
