Description (partial)

Symptom:
CUAC-S 12.0.5 and 12.0.6 allow for CSV File for Synchronization.  One subset of data that is required is the Sync ID field.  The Sync ID field is "unknown" by default and the documentation does not state what this Sync ID field is used for or why it is is needed or how to create a Sync ID.

If the Sync ID is left blank, the CSV File for Synchronization fails to sync and produces " 0 " result despite the CUAC-S Client stating it finished the import.
