Symptom: Setup: ==== Headset version: 1-2-0-174 Windows version: win10 build 1803 Steps: ==== 1. Neither jabber nor Wxt runs on host. 2. Headset BT well connects to windows host. 3. Click Disconnect button on windows BT devices page to disconnect heaset BT. Problem ====== Windows displays "Couldn't disconnect". Please refer to attached screenshot. Conditions: Cisco Jabber and WxT are not open on Windows Pair headset to Windows Try to disconnect headset BT pairing from windows device list Windows displays "Couldn't disconnect".
