Windows version: win10 build 1803

Steps:

1. Neither jabber nor Wxt runs on host.
2. Headset BT well connects to windows host.
3. Click Disconnect button on windows BT devices page to disconnect heaset BT.

Problem

Windows displays "Couldn't disconnect". Please refer to attached screenshot.

Conditions:
Cisco Jabber and WxT are not open on Windows
Pair headset to Windows
Try to disconnect headset BT pairing from windows device list
Windows displays "Couldn't disconnect".
