Symptom: Self-Registeration portal allows registering guests to repeatedly request a ISE guest account confirmation email while the guest session cookie is still active. This could allow a malicous guest to send a number of unwanted emails untill the session expires. Conditions: Self Registration portal enabled and configured to allow self registration.
