Description (partial)

Symptom:
This may potentially cause unintentional misconfiguration. When user expands a drop down list such as address and port object, if the list already has a non-default (not "Any") value, and the user clicks on the selected value in the list again, it simply clears out the value and sets it to the default "Any". User may click on this selected value in the list thinking it'll just close the drop down list without changing the value, since that's how any browser-based drop down list behaves generally.
