Description (partial)

Symptom:
AP braodcasts duplicate SSID with a different BSSID. Client auth fails when connecting to the second illegitimate SSID. Due to this, roaming would repeatedly fail and client gets deauthed. Sometimes, can cause Intra AP roam to incorrect bssid leading to deauth.

This is visible from the show controllers output on the AP.
