Symptom:
In Prime Infrastructure 3.7, the following message may be displayed when attempting to use the Global Search functionality:

      "The last indexed job appears to have failed. Please visit Administration, Job Dashboard and run Index Search 
       Entities to trigger indexing again. Please wait sufficiently for the operation to complete."

Conditions:
1. Prime Infrastructure 3.7, the Global Search is not returning any valid results.
2. The following error is shown when attempting to search. 

"The last indexed job appears to have failed. Please visit Administration, Job Dashboard and run Index Search Entities to trigger indexing again. Please wait sufficiently for the operation to complete."
