Symptom:
When clicking the AMP Management page on the FMC you receive the error:

"An Error Occurred While Fetching Page Data.  Please Reload the Page and Try Again"

After reloading the page the AMP Management page is blank and when you try to add AMP Cloud Connector there are no clouds available.

Conditions:
+ FMC on 6.4.0.X
+ Unable to load AMP Management page."An error occured while fetching page data. Please reload the page and try again."
+ Cloud disappears.
