Description (partial)

Symptom:
Jabber iOS (Non APNS setup) goes offline after keeping Jabber Idle for 3-8 Mins - after iOS upgrade

Conditions:
Jabber (Non APNS setup) after the upgrade of iOS version to 13.2.2, Jabber IM and presence services goes offline after IPhone idle approx for 3-8 minutes only when connected via WiFi.
Using 4G or LTE connection there is no issue, IM and presence services are stable and still online.
This issue happen both from MRA and local.
